Once this is established, we use Muscle Activation Techniques' assessment tools to assess clients' individual strengths and weaknesses to identify potential areas for improvement. Finally, we consult with clients to begin building a healthy lifestyle including MAT treatments, cardiovascular exercise, strength training, isometrics, nutrition and/or selected other activities as applicable.

We use range of motion tests developed by Muscle Activation Techniques to comprehensively assess where individual deficiencies are and NPR tests to identify which specific muscles are inhibited. Deficiencies are then corrected using targeted manual palpations and isometrics to restore the neurological connection between the muscles and nervous system. MAT can improve strength and power, range of motion, stability, improve posture and often reduces aches and pains due to muscular imbalances, overuse, tweaks/sprains and previous surgery.
